    Laminating process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We use PU or special adhesive types in our laminating processes.
    Depending on the application, the adhesive application varies from 2-18 g\/m\u00b2 with a R\u00f6sel roller (dots) and 19-50 g\/m\u00b2 with diamond hatching. The working width of the roller laminating system, which can be operated with a gap, is 2 metres and serves the customer-specific laminating and bonding processes. A corona system enables the surface modification of the product through plasma treatment, which improves adhesion. Controlled reaction conditions of the PU adhesive system are permanently guaranteed by a Weko system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Equipment effects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The lamination process creates a material that combines the properties of its base materials and thus provides additional positive effects. \u2028For example, a strong fabric becomes tear- and abrasion-resistant, while the plastic film is waterproof and windproof.
    The combination with a metal foil results in an opaque and heat-reflecting material. This is how Ploucquet creates new product variants for a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
